

Facility & Class Policy
Makeups
At the end of each session there will be 1 to 2 weeks designated for make-ups when cancellation is due to weather conditions, or the absence of a coach and the whole class is cancelled. The most make-up days you will receive for an 8-week session is 4 make-ups. If you are unable to attend one of the makeup weeks you will lose that make-up lesson

Payments
Payments for classes are taken online through the sign-up form and private lessons or drop-ins can be paid by cash, check, or card. All payments are final.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for:
*Wearing proper tennis attire: Please wear sneakers and activewear. No flip flops and tight clothing allowed, ex compression shorts (only), tight fitted shirts or shorts, crop shirts. Leggings are allowed if you wear a long top that goes past the hips.
*Bringing water with them to lessons
*All students are expected to treat other students and coaches with respect,
*Treat all tennis equipment with care, (Rackets, Balls, Cones, ect...)
Only clinic participants are allowed on court during their scheduled lesson time. Siblings are not allowed on the court during class time. We have added this policy for safety reasons.
By registering you are confirming that you have read and are agreeing to uphold our policies.
Private lessons policy
*We ask that clients who schedule and encounter a situation that will keep them from coming, please notify us in an appropriate amount of time so that someone else may be able to reserve that time. If there is a last minute complication, we ask at least a 1 hour notice be given before the scheduled time. Once the notification deadline has passed and the client is a no-show, payment will still be expected. This will only be waived under extreme circumstances.
